Just a week after the death of his mother, Donda, Mr. West takes the stage in Paris on Saturday… After “Rockin” the spot for over an hour, it was merely a matter of time when “Ye” would have to confront the famous dedicated track “Hey Mama”…

It is reported that Kanye introduced the song, saying, “This song is for my mother….” and broke down on stage.

I’m not attempting to write this like every other site, with their “This just in!” gossip nonsense, I truly want to extend my condolences to this man and say, “Big ups for having the balls to get back on that horse, and push forward through these rough times.”

“The Kanye show was sold out prior to his mom’s death and there has been recent strikes on metros. Amazingly Le Zenith and Kanye fans packed the house. Common opened up and had a great show. Kanye didn’t speak much throughout the show, but when he wanted to do “Hey Mama” he tried to begin but broke down. The beat to the song played on but Kanye broke down with his hands over his face and he started crying. The backup singers and the DJ came out to console him while the crowd yelled “KANYE” in support. After that he had a dedication song from Journey called “Don’t stop believing”. Quite emotional. This lasted for a little bit and Kanye got off the stage. He came back 10 minutes later to perform “Stronger”. Great way to show that he’s keeping his head up and trying to be STRONG at times like these.”
