I try to consider myself a music aficionado from time to time. I was just about to tell one of my buddy’s that kicked me this link; “Homie, there is nothing in the music world you can show me that I haven’t……………..” (My jaw dropped).
Peter Bennett’s BeatBearing project is something that I thought was never possible, hell I would have never thought one would even have the creativity to develop such a innovative device. The project is described as a “simple tangible user interface that uses ball bearings to program a sequencer,” and it enables the user to create a myriad melodies using sounds from the basic components of a drum kit.
Do NOT let Dre get his hands on this, we won’t get “Detox” for another 5 years.
